摘要随着保护环境意识的提高,以及日益增加的环境压力迫使涂料工业不断生产环保型产品,从而减少挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的释放,这导致了产能从溶剂型涂料到水性涂料连续的转移。水性环氧树脂不仅是一种环保涂料,而且使用方便安全,适合多种施工环境,成为环氧树脂发展应用的一个重要领域。86473
以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,加入丙烯酸类单体与环氧树脂发生接枝共聚反应,并利用对氨基苯甲酸与环氧基的开环反应,在环氧树脂链上引入强亲水基团—COOH获得具有水稀释特性的丙烯酸-环氧改性树脂。本文还通过控制苯乙烯(St)和丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)用量来改变涂料玻璃化温度(Tg),利用氨基树脂对改性树脂固化后,采用FT-IR 红外光谱、DSC、动电位极化曲线分析、耐紫外老化测试、热重分析TGA等测试分析方法对所合成的不同Tg树脂固化物的结构、机械力学、耐紫外老化、耐腐蚀等性能进行全面的分析表征,最终结果表明,当设计玻璃化温度为-15℃,PABA与环氧树脂比例为1:1时,所得改性树脂固化物的综合性能较好。

Benzoyl peroxide as an initiator,Grafting copolymerization of acrylic acid monomer with epoxy resin,By using the open loop reaction of amino benzoic acid and epoxy group, the strong hydrophilic group -COOH was introduced into the epoxy resin chain to obtain the hydrophilic acrylic epoxy resin。 This paper through the control of styrene (St) and isooctyl acrylate (2-EHA) coating amount to change the glass transition temperature (Tg), After curing the modified resin by using amino resin, The FT-IR infrared spectra, DSC, dynamic polarization curve analysis, resistant UV aging test, thermal gravimetric analysis TGA analysis method for the synthesis of different Tg of cured resin structure, mechanical and anti-ultraviolet aging, corrosion resistance and other properties were comprehensive analysis and characterization。 The final results show that the glass temperature of -15℃, the ratio of PABA to epoxy resin is 1:1, the comprehensive performance of the modified resin is better。
