摘要二硫化钼是过渡金属硫化物,具有类石墨烯结构,由于其特殊的类三明治夹层结构以及其能带结构,具有特殊的光电性能,可进行光吸收和荧光发射,并且其具有较大的电子迁移率,因而在光电器件领域有着广大的应用前景。本文通过水浴搅拌加热法将改性MoS2纳米片分散液与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)水溶液直接混合制得MoS2/PMMA纳米复合材料。分别采用XRD、红外光谱仪、SEM、紫外可见光吸收和TG等手段对纯MoS2以及MoS2/PMMA复合物进行表征与分析。实验结果表明,经过足够长时间的超声和水浴搅拌加热,可以成功的制备MoS2/PMMA复合物,复合物溶液呈浅蓝色,分散性较好;该复合物相对纯MoS2的紫外光和可见光的吸收强度增加,热稳定性更好,能更好的应用于红外激光器中。87777

Title The preparation of MoS2/PMMA nanocomposite and its saturable absorption characteristics
Abstract Molybdenum disulfide is a transition metal sulfide, which has a graphene structure type。 Having a special structure and its band structure like sandwich, it has special optical and electrical properties。 Thus it can absorb light and emit fluorescence。 Furthermore it has a high electron mobility, which leads it to broad application prospects in optoelectronic devices。 In this paper, the method of heating water bath with stirring was used to mix modified MoS2 nanosheet dispersion with polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), finally an aqueous solution of MoS2/PMMA nanocomposite is acquired。 Respectively adopting XRD, FTIR, SEM, UV absorption and TG, pure MoS2 and MoS2/PMMA composite were characterized and analyzed。 Experimental results show that, after a enough ultrasonic and heating water bath with stirring, MoS2/PMMA composite can be prepared successfully, the complex solution was light blue, with good distribution; MoS2/PMMA composite has a higher ultraviolet and visible absorption intensity than pure MoS2, and has a better thermal stability, which leads it to a better application in infrared lasers。源-于,优Y尔E论W文.网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ752018`766
