摘要6063 铝合金是一种具有较高性能的新型材料,但其强韧度欠佳,一定程度上限制了其应用。等径角挤压(ECAP)能够细化金属晶粒的尺寸,从而改善材料的力学性能。但是挤压过程中材料的流动很复杂,因此定量分析各模具参数和摩擦系数对挤压过程的影响是决定6063铝合金质量的关键。87804
本研究采用 deform-3d有限元模拟(FEM)软件和正交试验对6063铝合金的ECAP过程进行模拟,分析了内角半径R、外角角度ψ、摩擦系数m对挤压过程等效应变均匀性、挤压载荷的影响。结果表明:R和ψ为影响等效应变均匀性的主要因素,随着R和ψ的增大,等效应变均匀性降低;m为影响挤压载荷的主要因素,随着m的增大,挤压载荷增大。综合三因素的影响,6063铝合金最佳ECAP方案确定为:R=0。5m、ψ=12°、m=0。1。

Title Research of equal channel angular extrusion for 6063 Al
Abstract
6063 aluminum alloy is a new material with higher performance,but the lack of toughness,to some extent,limited its application。Equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) can refine the grain size of the metal,thereby improve the mechanical properties of the material。But the flow of material during the extrusion process is very complex。Therefore,quantitative analysis on the impact of each die parameter and the coefficient of friction during the ECAP process is the key to the quality of 6063 aluminum alloy。
In this study,deform-3d finite element simulation (FEM) software and orthogonal test were used to simulate 6063 aluminum alloy ECAP process,influence of the interior angle radius R,outer corner angle ψ and the friction coefficient m to effective strain homogeneity and extrusion pressure during extrusion were analyzed。 The results showed that:R and ψ are the main factors of equivalent strain homogeneity,with increasing ψ and R and the equivalent strain homogeneity reduced; m is the main factor affecting the extrusion load, with the increase of m, extrusion load increases。combined effects of the three factors, the best solution of 6063 aluminum alloy ECAP is: R = 0。5m, ψ = 12 °, m = 0。1。
