摘要搅拌摩擦焊是一种新型的固相焊接技术,而双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊解决了传统摩擦焊需自支撑和未焊透的问题。本文研究铝合金的双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊工艺性能,通过设计凸轴肩,搅拌针上带螺纹,上下轴肩直径不等的高氮钢双轴肩搅拌头,分别对6mm,10mm厚的6061-T6的铝合金进行焊接,焊缝基本能成型;通过变化焊接参数(焊接速度,搅拌头旋转速度,搅拌头旋转方向),研究参数对焊缝宏观成型,微观组织以及力学性能的影响;通过分析焊缝宏观缺陷,显微组织缺陷,断口形貌,研究影响焊缝成型和性能的因素。从而改善双轴肩搅拌头设计,优化工艺参数,进而得到成形美观,力学性能优良的焊缝。87853

Abstract Friction stir welding is a new kind of solid state welding technology。But bobbin tool Friction stir welding solves the problem of self support and non penetration of traditional friction welding。In this paper, the performance of aluminum alloy friction stir welding process is studied。Through designing the bobbin tool,which is made by high nitrogen steel ,and with the convex shoulder, thread on the stir pin, the upper and lower shoulders are diameter range,Welding the 6mm and 10mm thick 0f 6061-T6 aluminum alloy respectively,The welding line can be formed basically;By changing welding parameters(the welding speed, the rotation speed and direction of the stir tool),Study the Influence of parameters on weld macroscopic formation, microstructure and mechanical properties;By analyzing the macroscopic defects of the welding line, microstructure defects, fracture morphology,Study on the factors affecting the formation and performance of welding line。So as to improve the design of the bobbin tool,Optimizing process parameters,The welding line with pleasing shape and good mechanical properties can be obtained。源-于,优Y尔E论W文.网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ752018`766
