摘要超高性能水泥基复合材料是近期发展起来的一种以硅酸盐水泥和多种复合工业废渣为胶凝体系、以高强粗集料和钢纤文为增强项,采用常规制备技术所得抗压强度大于150 MPa,同时具有良好流动性能和优异耐久性能的新型低能耗绿色环保建筑材料.该新型材料具备活性粉末混凝土超高力学性能、耐久性能之优点,同时克服了其材料造价高、能耗大、制备工艺复杂、不易于在实际工程中应用等不足,因而有非常广阔的工程应用前景。本文在制作超高性能水泥基复合材料时掺入偏高岭土、沸石粉及稻壳灰等不同的掺合料,通过控制水胶比、砂胶比、掺合料及其掺量等变量,研究水泥基材料性能的影响因素。并且选择最优抗压、抗弯性能的掺合料组别,在其中加入钢纤文进一步增大强度,控制钢纤文掺量选择最优的超高强混凝土的配比。27155
实验中,超高性能水泥基材料最佳配比为:砂胶比1.2、水胶比0.2、硅灰掺量10%、钢纤文掺量3% ;当掺合料是偏高岭土时,随水胶比增大,抗压强度先减小后增大、抗弯强度为先增大后减小;综合考虑掺入钢纤文后性能强度:最佳水胶比为18%,钢纤文掺量为3%,偏高岭土掺量为20%。

Title The preparation and research of ultra high performance cement-based composite materials
Abstract
Ultra-high performance cement-based composite material is a recent development in Portland cement and a variety of complex industrial waste as binding system, high-strength coarse aggregate and steel fiber reinforced item, prepared using conventional techniques resulting compressive strength greater than 150 MPa, but also has good flow properties and excellent durability of the new low-power green building materials.The new material with ultra-high mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete (reactive powder concrete, RPC),the advantages of durability, while overcoming its material cost is high energy consumption, the preparation process is complex and difficult to the lack of practical engineering application, and thus has a very broad prospect of engineering application. Incorporated herein different admixtures metakaolin, zeolite powder and rice husk ash, by controlling the water-cement ratio, sand-cement ratio, admixtures and accounting and other variables, cement-based materials research factors in the production of concrete slurry. Ultra High Strength Mortar optimum ratio: sand-cement ratio 1.1, Water-cement ratio 0.2, 10% silica fume, steel fiber content of 3%; When the admixture is metakaolin with water-cement ratio increasing the compressive strength decreases and then increases but Bending strength decreases with increasing first; Considering the performance of strength after addition of steel fiber:best water-cement ratio of 18%, steel fiber content of 3%, 20% metakaolin.
