摘要本课题以烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)为大单体、马来酸酐、丙烯酸等为主要 原料,采用过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,通过溶液聚合反应,制备烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚-马来酸酐共聚物超塑化剂。通过改变马来酸酐与大单体APEG的摩尔比,丙烯酸与大 单体APEG的摩尔比,甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAS)与大单体的摩尔比以及反应时间,反 应温度等条件,研究这些因素对聚羧酸超塑化剂的影响。通过测定水泥的净浆流动度 确定最佳的制备聚羧酸系超塑化剂配方。通过SEM对水泥的微观结构进行分析。83366

(APS)的用量为单体总质量的 1。36%,控制引发温度为 85℃,保温 2。5 个小时,制 得的聚羧酸超塑化剂对水泥的净浆流动度最好达到 200mm。扫描电镜结果显示,与 空白样品相比,加入聚羧酸系超塑化剂能够使水泥样块的孔径更加细化和均匀;养护 3 天与养护 10 天的样品相比养护 10 天后水泥块空隙明显比养护 3 天的小,水泥块的 致密性也有所提高。

Abstract In this topic, allyl polyoxyethylene ether (APEG) is monomer, maleic anhydride, acrylic acid is main raw materials,and the ammonium persulfate (APS) is using as initiator, the preparation of allyl polyoxyethylene ether - maleic anhydride copolymer super plasticizer is prepared through solution polymerization reaction。 The influence of reaction factors on preparing poly (carboxylic acid super plasticizer has been studied, such as the molar ratio of maleic anhydride and big monomer APEG, the molar ratio of acrylic acid and large monomer APEG, methyl allyl sulfonate (MAS) and large monomer mole ratio as well as the reaction time, and the reaction temperature。 The optimal formula of preparing poly carboxylic acid series super plasticizer was determine via the net cement paste fluidity measurent。 The microstructure of cement was analyzed through the SEM。
As a result, when n (APEG) : n (MA) : n (MAS) : n (acrylic acid) = 1:3。 5-0。 26:0。 77, the amount of initiator (APS) was 1。36% of the monomers total quality, and the temperature is controlled to 85 ℃, keeping 2。5 hours, the poly carboxylic acid super plasticizer on flowability of neat cement degree is best, up to 200 mm。Scanning electron microscopy (sem) results showed that, compared with the blank sample, adding poly carboxylic acid series super plasticizer can make cement specimens aperture more refinement and uniform; the curing concrete gap of sample which has maintenance for 10 days is of significantly smaller than the 3 days - maintenance sample, the density of concrete is improved。
