摘要:有机硅LED封装材料具有光学性能较优,内应力小,耐热、耐辐射、高折射率能满足高功率、高亮度LED封装的要求。而合成具有较高折光率和高热稳定性的氢基聚硅氧烷作为液体交联剂是制备有机硅LED封装材料中的重要环节。本文以甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、四甲基二氢基环二硅氧烷(D4H)为主要原料,以乙烯基双封头为封端剂,通过阳离子开环聚合的方法合成甲基含氢硅油,探索了影响甲基含氢硅油性能的因素,并利用硅氢加成固化甲基含氢硅油,发现所有产品都具有较高的透光率和硬度,但力学性能比较差。48293

Synthesis and properties of silicone oil containing hydrogen
Abstract: Organic silicon LED packaging material has many excellent properties, such as good optical properties, small internal stress. Its high refractive index and heat resistance, radiation resistance can meet the high power and high brightness LED package requirements. So the synthesis of hydrogen polysiloxane which has high refractive index and high thermal stability as a liquid crosslinking agent plays a main role in the preparation of organic silicon LED packaging materials. In this paper, we used four methyl-dihydro-cyclic siloxane, dimethyl diethoxy silane and methyl triethoxysilane as main material, synthesizing hydrogen containing silicone oil by cationic ring-opening polymerization. We found the ratio of the raw materials of methyl silicone oil. We have cured the methyl silicone oil by the traditional method.It is found that all the products have high hardness, but low the mechanical property.
