    设计总说明:四年的大学生活即将结束了,在这段时间里我们多多少少学到了一些知识,但没有很好的连贯起来,而毕设让我们认识到了这一点。毕业设计是大学本科教学计划中最后一个重要的教学环节,是对自己所学的板带材基础理论知识的综合,也是进行板带材产品设计或科学研究的综合训练,是对四年所学知识的系统的完善,是培养自身综合素质
    和产品生产实践能力的重要阶段,是必不可少的综合训练。
    本课题为《锌白铜带的产品工艺设计及其产品缺陷和防止措施》,该设计主要结合国内外的铜板带材的现状、消费量及市场需要,生产一批0.6*200mm,巻重3500kg的锌白铜带。以镍为主要合金元素的铜合金称为白铜,在铜-镍合金中加入第三元素锌即形成锌白铜。锌白铜为银白色,锌白铜带色泽美观,延展性、抗疲劳性、抗腐蚀性均佳,优良的冷热加工性、高弹性及电学性能和力学性能, 因而应用广泛,易切削,可制成线材、棒材和板材,屏蔽等性能,是移动通讯工具(手机、小灵通)及电子器件的优良屏蔽材料。广泛应用于制造在潮湿和腐蚀介质中工作的结构件、弹性元件、精密仪器、通讯工业、液晶体 造成的成品改制、报废、退货数量相当惊人,已成为企业产品质量的制约因素之一。在实际使用过程中,需要严格控制其生产过程。其型号有BZn15-20、BZn18-18、BZn18-26、BZn18-18、BZn15-12(Zn)-1.8(Pb)、BZn15-24(Zn)-1.5(Pb)。结合资料的综合,我选定的是BZn15-20(其含Ni:15%,Zn:20%,Cu:65%)。
    在中铝铜业有限公司的基础上,选择合适的生产工艺和主辅设备,首先制定熔炼工艺,根据锌白铜带的成分比和熔炼时的烧损量及旧料的投放,进行配料,算出其主要成分的投放量,接着制定变形制度,其中包括压下制度、速度制度、张力制度及辊型制度(由于冷轧,所以无温度制度);利用VB程序计算轧制力(由于是冷轧,计算时采用斯通公式)、轧制力矩和电机抽上的总力矩;并针对二辊和四辊轧机进行轧辊强度、四辊轧机机架强度和辅助设备能力的校核;其次对车间主要技术的考核(包括成品率的计算和轧机小时产量)。同时采用CAD画出轧辊图、车间布置图及各轧辊的弯矩图和轧制节奏图。8512
    据目前的调查,生产过程中由于产品的一些缺陷(合金化学成分、铸造工艺、化学作用等)而造成成品率的大大降低,因而根据课题我做了相关的缺陷调查,并研究出各缺陷的成因和控制、防止措施,以提高产品的成品率,来满足市场的需求。
