摘要本文采用化学还原法制备石墨烯薄片,采用双脉冲复合电沉积法制备镍基石墨烯复合镀层,同时研究镀液中石墨烯浓度对复合镀层的力学性能与摩擦磨损性能的影响。

经过SEM,TEM,EDS,XRD,Raman和FT-IR等技术分析后发现:改进Hummers法结合肼还原法可以获得质量较好的石墨烯,肼还原的温度在100℃时还原程度比在80℃时的要高。而在80℃下肼还原3h获得的石墨烯层数可能更少。67806

用电沉积法可以获得镍基石墨烯复合镀层,而复合镀层中的确存在石墨烯。

石墨烯对于复合镀层的硬度提高和摩擦系数的降低起到一定的作用,随着石墨烯添加量的增加,硬度和减摩润滑效果也随之提高。当石墨烯添加量过多时,不利于复合镀层的制备,对力学性能和摩擦学性能也不好。

Title  Research on Graphene Preparation and Its Influence on the Tribological Performance of Composite Coatings                                      

Abstract

In this paper ,chemical method was used to prepare the grapheme sheets and double pulse electrodeposition process was used to prepare the grapheme /nickel based composite coatings. Furthermore, the influence of graphene concentration on mechanical properties and friction and wear performance was discussed.

  By SEM, TEM, EDS, XRD , Raman spectra and FT-IR, it was found that: through improved hummers method with the hydrazine reduction method ,the graphene with quite good quality can be prepared. At 100℃,the reduction effect of the hydrazine reduction method was better than which was at 80℃.However, the number of graphene layers when reducing graphene oxide for 3h at 80℃ may be less than which was at 100℃.

  The grapheme /nickel based composite coatings could be prepared successfully by the double pulse electrodeposition process. And graphene exists in the composite coatings indeed.

  For the increase of composite coatings hardness and decrease of friction coefficient, graphene indeed play a role. With the increase of graphene addition, the hardness and lubricity of composite coatings were also improved. When the amount of graphene was superfluous, it was detrimental to the preparation of composite coatings ,the mechanical property and tribological performance.
