摘要本文主要研究了8mm厚的高氮钢板电子束焊接技术,分析不同焊接参数对高氮钢电子束焊接焊缝的影响,通过显微硬度、显微金相、元素含量检测等手段,分析焊接接头的力学性能和组织特征。68171
本次实验研究结果表明:聚焦电流、电子束电流和焊接速度是影响焊缝成形的主要因素。高氮钢电子束焊缝的显微硬度明显低于母材,焊缝热影响区的显微硬度比母材高。焊缝区域内,电子束焦点所在位置的显微硬度比焊缝其他区域高。焊缝组织主要为奥氏体和少量δ-铁素体,焊缝热影响区的组织为单相奥氏体。高氮钢电子束焊接不会使焊缝中的氮元素大量流失,反而会使焊缝中氮元素与镍元素大量聚集。

Title The research of high nitrogen steel electron beam welding performance
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the 8 mm thick high nitrogen steel sheet electron beam welding technology, analyze the influence of different welding parameters of electron beam on the high nitrogen steel welding line, analyze the mechanical properties of welding joint and organizational characteristics by microhardness, microscopic metallographic, element content tests.
The experiment results indicate that: The focusing current, electron beam current and welding speed is the main factor affecting the forming of welding line. The microhardness of welding line is lower than that of the parent metal, the microhardness of heat affected zone is higher than that of the parent metal. The microhardness of the location of electron beam focus is higher than that of other area in the welding line. The microstructure of welding line is mainly austenite and a small amount of δ-ferrite,the microstructure of heat affected zone is single-phase austenitic.Electron beam welding of the high nitrogen steel doesn't make a huge loss of nitrogen in the forming of welding line, can make the elements of nitrogen and nickel gather in large quantities instead.
