摘要:连铸时使用Al进行脱氧容易引起水口结瘤等问题。随着Ca-Al复合脱氧剂的开发,避免了水口结瘤等问题,但Ca-Al脱氧剂密度小,投入钢水后在钢水中停留时间短,Ca收得率偏低。铝钙铁可提高其密度,但合金态的铝钙铁合金易粉化,难保存。本文针对铝钙铁脱氧剂的Ca收得率和粉化等问题,采用真空炉熔炼出合金态铝钙铁脱氧剂。通过扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪等微观分析方法和多种成分配比的粉化实验,研究了合金态的铝钙铁脱氧剂的金相组织、不同成分配比的铝钙铁脱氧剂粉化规律及其机理,提出低粉化率的成分区间。研究结果表明:(1)所制备的高钙铝钙铁脱氧剂呈合金状态,非机械混合物;(2)合金中的Al2Ca、Al4Ca等复杂的合金相的水解生成的气体和与氧气的反应加剧了粉化;(3)Ca含量为22%-57%、Al含量为37%-40%、剩余为Fe的铝钙铁脱氧剂的粉化率最低,适合于现场应用。76181

Study on Pulverization of Fe-Ca-Al Deoxidizer with High Calcium Content
Abstract: During the process of continuous casting production, using Al for deoxidation easily causes nozzle clogging and other issues。 With the development of Ca-Al complex deoxidizer, the problem of nozzle clogging is avoided。 But the Ca-Al deoxidizer with mechanically combination of Al and Ca is still in a low Ca yielding rate, while the Al-Ca alloy is easy to pulverizate and difficult to store。 In this paper, we concentrate on the problems of Fe-Ca-Al deoxidizer like low Ca yielding rate, pulverization and storage and smelt alloyed Fe-Ca-Al deoxidizer in vacuum furnace。By using the micro-observation method of SEM and EDS and several pulverization experiments, we study Fe-Ca-Al deoxidizer about The metal phase microstructure of alloyed Fe-Ca-Al deoxidizer with different ingredients ratios, pulverization rule of Fe-Ca-Al deoxidizer and its mechanism, and propose the composition range with low pulverization rate。The results show (1)The Fe-Ca-Al deoxidizer with high calcium content is alloyed and non-mechanical mixture; (2) The gas from hydrolysis of complex alloy phases such as Al2Ca and Al4Ca in the alloy and the reaction with oxygen exacerbate the pulverization; (3) The Fe-Ca-Al deoxidizer that contains 22% -57% Ca and 37% -40% Al is in the lowest pulverization rate and suitable for field applications。
