摘要近年来,水性丙烯酸树脂发展迅速,因为其具有优良的耐水性,保光保色性以及户 外性能。但其本身也有一些不可避免的缺点,比如硬度不高,热粘冷脆。因此我们对其 改性,本次实验研究的是硅溶胶改性丙烯酸树脂。硅溶胶乳液有非常多的优点,如耐水 性、耐热性能比有机涂料好很多,涂膜致密且较硬,不易粘附尘埃,也不产生静电等。 用硅溶胶改性丙烯酸树脂,可以改善丙烯酸乳液的一些缺点,开发出一类新型的硅溶胶 涂料。本实验通过 KH-570 作为硅烷偶联剂,将硅溶胶与丙烯酸接枝,制备改性树脂。 81104
本实验着重研究不同的硅溶胶含量与不同的玻璃化温度对硅溶胶改性丙烯酸树脂 的力学性能、防腐性能、耐热性能的影响。利用 QHQ 型漆膜铅笔法硬度计、红外测试仪、 光学显微镜等对漆膜的性能进行测试。通过测试,改性后涂层可以达到预期的耐热效果, 也展现出了优良的硬度、柔韧性、粘附力与较好的耐候性、防腐性能。当硅溶胶的含量 为 3%时,玻璃化温度在 20 度,固含量在 30%时各项性能最好。

Abstract In recent years, water-based acrylic resin had developed rapidly, because of its excellent resistance to water, light and color outdoor performance。 But its itself also has some inevitable shortcomings, such as the hardness is not tall, hot sticky cold short。 So we modification on it。 This experiment studies the silica sol modified acrylic resin。 Silica sol emulsion has so many advantages, such as water resistance, heat resistance is better than organic coating, coating density and harder, is not easy to stick dust, also does not produce static electricity, etc。 Using silica sol modified acrylic resin, can improve the drawbacks of acrylic emulsion, developed a new type of colloidal silica coating。 This experiment through the silane coupling agent kh - 570, silicon sol and acrylic acid grafted, the preparation of modified resin。
The experimental research on different content of silica sol and different glass transition temperature on the mechanical property of silica sol modified acrylic resin, anti-corrosion performance, the influence of the thermal performance。 Using QHQ type film pencil hardness tester, infrared tester, optical microscope, etc to test the performance of the paint film。 Through test, the modified coating can achieve the desired effect of heat, also showed excellent hardness, flexibility, adhesion strength and good weather resistance, anticorrosion performance。 When the silica content is 3%, the glass transition temperature at 20 degrees,
solid content at 30% ,the performance is the best。
