摘要涂料与人们生活息息相关,在各个行业、各个领域运用广泛。水性涂料符合 当代社会对环保的要求,挥发过程不会产生污染物。环氧树脂在强度、附着力、 耐腐蚀性、耐化学稳定性等许多方面表现优异。水性环氧树脂是大势所趋,是现 在涂料行业最热门的研究课题。水性环氧改性方法有好多种,其中较为优异的是 本实验采取的接枝改性法。本实验采用具有亲水性的ɑ-甲基丙烯酸作为单体,利 用接枝共聚反应去改性环氧树脂,将亲水性基团引入碳骨架,使得环氧树脂具有 亲水性,制得水性环氧乳液。对所得水性环氧乳液进行外观、固含量、机械稳定 性、粒径分散情况等方面测试,对马口铁板上乳液涂层进行电化学测试。结论是 ɑ-甲基丙烯酸与丙烯酸正丁酯、苯乙烯比例为 5:3:3 时,所得水性环氧乳液防腐 蚀性能最好。81110

Abstract Coating is closely related to people's life, and it is widely used in various industries and fields。Water based coatings in line with the requirements of modern society for environmental protection, the volatile process will not produce pollutants。Epoxy resin has excellent performance in strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, chemical stability and so on。Waterborne epoxy resin is the trend of the times, and is now the most popular research topic in the paint industry。There are many kinds of waterborne epoxy modification methods, among which the grafting modification method is adopted。This experiment with hydrophilic of alpha methyl acrylic acid as monomer, to epoxy resin was modified by graft copolymerization reaction, the hydrophilic groups are introduced into carbon skeleton, making epoxy resin with hydrophilic of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion。Appearance of income of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion, solid content, mechanical stability, particle size distribution and testing, of tin plate emulsion coating of electrochemical test。Conclusion alpha methyl acrylic acid and acrylic acid is butyl acrylate, styrene ratio for 5:3:3, income waterborne epoxy resin emulsion anti corrosion performance best。
