摘要随着当今社会经济的高度发展,印刷业的发展逐渐成为衡量一个国家工业化、现代化的标志之一。但印刷业在蓬勃发展的同时也对地球环境造成了污染。其中,溶剂型油墨(也称油性油墨)造成的污染十分严重。在这种趋势下,环保、无公害、价格低廉的水性油墨,受到人们的广泛关注,成为现今油墨行业的发展方向。
本论文以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)以及丙烯酸(AA)作为聚合单体,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS )为乳化剂,以水为溶剂,采用乳液聚合合成水性丙烯酸树脂。通过调整MMA以及BA的配比研究水性丙烯酸树脂的性能,制出高固含量,耐水、耐酸、耐碱性都较好的水性丙烯酸树脂。
以50%树脂,消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂各0.2%,加水加至100%为配方配制水性油墨,并着重考察了所制油墨在各种介质上的附着力以及着色力,结果表明油墨在纸张、瓦楞纸板以及木板上附着力、着色力表现优异,说明本实验所制备的水性油墨适用于纸质印刷。10495

The development of water-based ink
Abstract
With the high level of economic development in today's society, the development of the printing industry has gradually become one of the hallmarks of measuring a country's industrialization and modernization. The printing industry in the booming on the global environment caused by pollution. Among them, solvent-based inks (also known as oily ink) pollution caused very serious. In this trend, environmental protection, pollution-free, low-cost water-based ink by the people's attention, and become the development direction of the ink industry.
In this paper, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid as polymerizable monomers, potassium persulfate as an initiator, sodium dodecyl sulfate as emulsifier, using synthetic aqueous acrylic resin emulsion. By adjusting the ratio of MMA and BA studies the performance of water-based acrylic resin,to prepare a system of high-solids, water, acid and alkali resistance are good water-based acrylic resin.
50% resin, defoamer, leveling agent, dispersing agent of 0.2% and water to 100% as the preparation of aqueous ink formulation, and the study focused on the prepared ink adhesion on a variety of media and coloring power, the result indicates that the ink on the paper, corrugated board and wood adhesion, color strength with outstanding performance, indicating that this experiment was prepared aqueous ink for paper printing.
