摘要本文主要对微合金化 Cu-Ni-Si 的力学、电学性能及合金微观组织及其结构进行 了研究。实验主要是将铸态 Cu-N i-Si 合金通过热锻、固溶、冷锻和时效等热处理工 艺处理后,采用显微硬度计和涡流导电仪测量得到合金的硬度和导电率,且使用金 相显微镜观察合金的微观组织。实验首先将铸态铜合金热锻处理;合金的固溶实验 温度选择在 820℃、840℃、860℃、880℃、900℃、920℃、940℃、960℃和 980℃ 进行,保温 1h 水冷;通过冷加工的冷变形量分别为 0%、30%、和 50%;合金的时 效温度选择在 450℃、470℃、490℃和 510℃,时效时间分别为 0。5h、1h、2h、4h 和 8h,采用冷却方式为空冷的时效热处理工艺。83342
本实验研究的 Cu-Ni-Si合金的最佳热处理工艺路线为:920℃×1h 固溶水冷+30%冷变形量+470℃×4h时效空冷。此时合金的硬度和导电率分别为 280HB和20Ms/m;合金经过 920℃×1h 固溶水冷+470℃×4h 时效空冷硬度和导电率值分别为267HB 和 19Ms/m; 实验结果表明:热锻处理+固溶处理+冷锻处理+时效处理可改善 铜合金材料的性能,Ni-Si-Cu 合金具有良好的综合性能。

Abstract In this paper, the mechanical, electrical properties, microstructure and structure of Cu-Ni-Si alloy were studied。 The experiment is mainlyto make the as castingCu-Ni-Si alloythroughhot forging,solidsolution,cold forging, aging and otherheat treatment process, Experiment is the casting state of Cu-N i-Si alloy after hot forging, solid solution, coldforging andaginginheat treatment process, themicrohardness tester and eddy current conductivity were used to measure the electricalconductivityand the hardnessof thealloyand the metallographic microscopewas used to observethealloy
microstructure。Thechoiceof solutiontemperatureincluded 820℃, 840℃, 860℃,880℃,

The best line of the heat treatmentprocess experimentalstudyof Cu-Ni-Si alloyis: 920 ℃×1h solution water + 30% cold deformation + 470 ℃×4h aging air cooling。 In this case the hardness and conductivity of the alloys were 280HB and 20% IACS; alloy after solutioncooled 920 ℃×1h + 470 ℃×4h agingair coolinghardness and conductivity valueswere 267HB and 19Ms/m ; Theresultsshow that:the heatforgingprocessing
+solution treatment + cold forging process +aging treatment can improve the performance of copper alloys,Ni-Si-Cu alloyhas good overall performance。
