摘要    伴随着知识经济时代的到来，以互联网为基础的创意文化产业逐渐步入社会大众生活，作为其中最具代表性之一的网络文学，也在传统文学和互联网发生碰撞之后如火如荼地展开。在经历了十余年的摸索之后，国内网络文学网站从非盈利到盈利，从娱乐性质转变为商业性质，在度过网络经济泡沫破灭之后已然焕发新生。然而，网络文学网站的运营模式究竟是如何协调原创作者、网络读者、以及第三方产业机构的，其中又有哪些问题弊端值得探讨，在我国国内版权法与国际条约接轨仍有欠缺的情况之下，网络文学网站的建设又应当何去何从？90171

本论文主要对我国国内网络文学网站的运营模式进行分析，结合各大网站实际管理操作，从一般运营和版权运营研究网络文学网站的运营模式，从不同产业角度看文学网站运营过程中所涉及的法律问题，研究其现状及存在的问题并提供解决的思路。笔者结合自身数年来从事网络文学工作经验和近年来网络文学热潮，综合分析了现如今国内各大主流文学网站的运营模式，从不同的运营项目中寻找已经存在或可能存在的，涉及包括版权在内的法律问题，以求为我国网络文学网站建设提供相关建议，在引领网文IP热的同时，追求自身发展，并与国内相关法律法规结合，发现问题，提供思路，解决问题。
