Practical problems and Countermeasures of China's Rural Land Financial Policy
Abstract:Research objective: through the collection and lists the problems and the existence of government land financial policy since the founding of the country to carry out the test phase in the Countermeasures for example, comparative analysis, summed up the policy guidelines, performance results, essence and experience shall provide experiences in order to effectively promote the construction of China's Rural financial policy, also in order to improve the performance of agricultural production, promote agricultural modernization to provide farmland finance policy reference. Methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis and investigation. Results: the related legal support complete and reasonable financial institutions set up and effective risk aversion means three core farmland financial policy, has been the practice case of farmland financial situation in China is also concentrated in these three aspects. Secondly, the lack of supporting facilities related to agricultural land finance is also a major obstacle to the development of agricultural land finance. Conclusions: in promoting the work of farmland financial development, policy makers should be combined with the actual local conditions, reasonable policy, perfecting the legal system, broaden the financing channels, the persification of risk sharing, the development process of science to promote agricultural finance.
