Contemporary College Students Ideological and Moral Cultivation Problems Discussed in This Paper
Abstract：The main problems of contemporary college students in ideology and moral cultivation are weak concept of respecting teachers and honoring moral cultivation, lack of independence, poor psychological endurance, personal credit crisis, lack of social ethnics, weak awareness of obeying laws and discipline, value orientation tending to be more realistic, seeking more material benefits and being practical. But the reason for such problems existing in college students is complicated---negative effects of market economy, bad influence of mass media, pollution of family environment, mistakes made by colleges in ideological and moral education and decline of college students ideology and moral cultivation themselves. Faced with the new situation, in order to strengthen college students’ ideological and moral cultivation, college students should change their deep-rooted thoughts and establish a correct outlook on life. Mass media should be self-disciplined. Parents should create a healthy family environment for children. Colleges and universities should optimize educational environment in campus.

当代大学生思想道德修养存在问题探讨
大学生是社会和国家广泛关注的对象，承载着国家的希望，家庭的期待。他们对新事物充满了好奇与挑战，热情奔放、自由洒脱、积极向上、个性十足是大学生形象的反映。大学时期，是人生非常重要的阶段，是人生观、世界观、价值观形成的关键时期，大学生不但要掌握丰富的科学文化知识，而且要养成良好的道德品质，拥有健全的人格。[1]然而，从各个角度观察，当代大学生的思想道德修养着实令人担忧。本文致力于分析当代大学生思想道德修养存在问题的原因，积极探索适合提升大学生思想道德修养的思路，以求教于学界。
