ABSTRACT

在互联网普及的现代社会，网络成为继报纸、广播、电视后的第四大新兴媒体。网络建立了一个巨大的平台。人们可以通过网络来获取信息，生活的上的，政治上的，应有尽有。在获得信息的同时，人们可以通过网络平台发表自己对于某些事件的看法，从而使网络成为一个信息交换传递的平台。 互联网的时代，随着互联网技术的发展，人们的个性得到了一定的释放，匿名下的网络平台上人们自由自在的抒发自己的想法，积极的参与一些政治上的话题，使得网络的平台拥有的了无穷无尽的资源和强大的生命力，传统的报纸广播电视，无论投入多么大的资源精力，都不可能像网络一样，让每一个网民，都参与到信息的搜集与传播，而网络让每一个公民都可以提供第一手信息。成为第一手信息来源。网络的平台的开放性使这些第一手信息发布后得到及时的传播，庞大的网民基数又可以让这些信息在相当短的时间里得到汇聚和传播，形成一股强大的舆论力量。而这股舆论力量可以引导着我们的传统媒体，以及政府相关部门的关注进而对这些信息进行核实并开展相应的工作。
