关于耕地保护问题的研究
摘要耕地是人类生存的基础资料，耕地产物是人类生活的必需保障。随着国家 经济的高速发展，建设用地的不断扩张，人类赖以生存的耕地资源正在逐渐减少， 所以保护耕地势在必行。只有通过耕地保护工作的开展，稳定耕地面积，提高耕 地质量，才能使人民生活得到保障，国家经济持续发展。重庆市地处中国西南地 区，经济发展迅速，城市化水平高，耕地面积自 2000 年后开始大幅度减少，虽 然近几年较平稳，但是仍然呈下降趋势。本文以重庆市作为研究对象，采用最小 人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数模型计算重庆市 1998 年至 2008 年的耕地压力指 数，计算出这十年间的耕地压力指数，研究其耕地紧缺程度，并将结果绘制成折 线图，结合当年的政策、环境等各种原因，对折线图的各个阶段变化进行分析。 最后结合重庆市的实际情况以及上述分析结果，实事求是的提出耕地保护策略。72230

Study on the Protection of Cultivated Land
Abstract Cultivated land is the basic material for human survival, and the cultivated land is the necessary guarantee for human life。 With the rapid development of the national economy, the continuous expansion of construction land, the survival of human resources are gradually reduced, so the conservation tillage is necessary。 Only through the development of the protection of cultivated land, the stability of cultivated land area, improve the quality of arable land, can make the people's life is guaranteed, the national economic sustainable development。 Chongqing city is located in the southwest of China, the economy is developing rapidly, the urbanization level is high, the cultivated land area has greatly reduced since 2000, although it is relatively stable in recent years, but it still has a downward trend。 The in Chongqing city as the object of study by per minimal area of cultivated land and cultivated land pressure index model in Chongqing from 1998 to 2008 of cultivated land pressure index calculation, calculated the cultivated land pressure index of this decade, study the farmland shortage degree and the results are plotted on a line chart, line chart of the stages of change was analyzed combined with the policies of the current year, the environment for various reasons。 Finally, combined with the actual situation in Chongqing and the analysis of the above results, practical and realistic to put forward the protection of cultivated land。
