摘要地源热泵作为一种可再生能源,是可供暖又可制冷的新型中央空调系统的最好 能源选择。地源热泵空调系统已较为成熟,在工程设计中选择地源热泵系统,虽然 初投资成本较高,但系统运行稳定,且环保节能,在使用过程中,基本不需要专门 维护,成本能够逐年收回。84575

本课题在参考大量地源热泵空调系统方案设计的基础上,以南京地区某宾馆为 设计对象,该栋建筑物主楼共 10 层,附楼 3 层,地上建筑面积约为 11223m2,地下 室面积 715。3m2,空调面积约 11000m2,全楼冷负荷为 512。412kW,热负荷为 380。674 kW,计算过程中以夏季负荷为参照,地埋管总长 12500m,埋管直径选取 De32,竖 井总数为 104 个。

空气处理方案根据不同的房间用途而定,大餐厅采用全空气系统,其余房间采 用风机盘管加新风系统。依次完成风机盘管、散流器的选型和水力计算,通过风系 统和水系统的水力计算来确定风管和水管的规格,接着对最不利环路进行校核,根 据校核结果确定新风机组和水泵型号,然后确定地埋管的连接方式、管材、埋管尺 寸及各项参数,最后进行机房布置。

Abstract As a kind of renewable energy, ground source heat pump is the best choice for the central air conditioning system which can supply heating and refrigeration。 Ground source heat pump air conditioning system has been relatively mature selecting the ground source heat pump system in the engineering design, although the initial investment cost is higher, but the system is stable and operation and energy are saving and environmental friendly, during the use process, basically do not need special maintenance, costs can be gradually recovering 。

This paper based on a large number of design about ground source heat pump air conditioning system, choosing a hotel in Nanjing area as the design object, the building main contain 10 layers, 3 storey annex building, The ground floor area is about 11223m2, the basement area is 715。3m2, the air conditioning area is about 11000 m2, the whole building cooling load is 512。412kW,heat load is 380。674 kW, the calculation process depend on summer load, buried pipe length 12500m, buried pipe’s diameter is De32, the total number of shaft is 104。

According to the different room uses, the air treatment scheme are: the fan coil unit plus fresh air system (most room), the new wind system (big restaurant)。 Based on the calculation of the cooling load, finish the calculation of the fan coil unit and air diffuser step by step。 and through the air system and water system ,choose the dimensions of the air duct and water pipe, and then, check the most disadvantaged loop resistance to determine fresh air handling unit and pump model, and then determine the connection mode of buried pipes, materials, pipe size and other parameters , arrangement the engine room at last。
