泰州市某商务宾馆建筑设计及结构设计
摘要本毕业设计为泰州市某商务宾馆的建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计部分完成了该结构1~4层的平面设计，南立面的立面设计，以及复杂重要部分的剖面设计，并分别绘制出了相应的建筑施工图。结构设计部分选取了第二层楼盖和较典型的○5轴框架，同时完成了一部主楼梯和基础的结构设计，并绘制出了相应的结构施工图。结构设计的手算过程中，楼盖双向板采用塑性绞线法，竖向荷载作用下框架内力采用分层法，水平地震作用下框架内力采用D值法。本说明还对竖向恒荷载作用下框架弯矩手算值进行了电算校核，统计并分析了手算误差。87580

Abstract The graduation project is architectural and structural design of a Business Hotel in Taizhou, Jiangsu。 The part of architectural design finished the the plane design of 1 to 4 floors, the south facade design, as well as profile design of an important and complex part and the corresponding construction drawings。 The part of Structure design selects the second floor and the typical 5-axi frame, at the same time, the design of a main stair and foundation is completed。 And drawing out the construction drawings。 The internal forces of frame under vertical load calculated with layered method, under horizontal earthquake calculated with D value method。 Also，the moment of frame under vertical dead load is checked by software PKPM, and the errors of hand calculation are counted and analyzed。源-于,优~尔^论=文.网www.youerw.com 原文+QQ7520~18766

1 工程概况
该工程为一栋四层商务宾馆的建设，地点位于江苏省泰州市。根据工程需要，拟定总建筑面积约为4800m2，地上主体结构设为四层，无地下室。建筑正负零绝对标高定为16。80m，室内外高差为0。6m，总建筑高度17。7m（含室内外高差），按宾馆设计需要主体结构2~4层层高3。6m，底层高6m，不设单独机房层。
