摘要:本次设计针对青岛港董家口港区的自然条件、地质地貌资料、施工条件、船型资料、水文资料等工程概况对于董家口港区1万吨级散货码头进行了总平面布置以及重力式码头结构设计。

董家口港区为国家枢纽港青岛港的重要组成部分,是青岛港优化港口布局和实现可持续发展的重要依托。以大宗散货、液体化工品及杂货运输为主,逐步发展成为服务腹地物资运输和临港产业开发的大型综合性港区。在本港区建设一个1万t散货码头,可以满足国家和地方经济发展规划和总体部署,并适应船舶大型化发展的需求,满足当地经济发展的需要,改善当地经济状况。

本次设计中散货码头采用沉箱结构,通过地形水位条件确定码头高程与各个构件尺寸。主要内容包括依据相关规范对沉箱结构进行了抗滑,抗倾稳定性验算,地基承载力验算,还对沉箱进行了浮游稳定性验算,内力计算,配筋计算等。
