摘要:本次工程的施工区域位于黄河入海口——东营市广利港,由于自身发展的需要,拟建件杂货泊位的专用码头。根据查阅资料和文献,综合分析港区综合地质条件、年吞吐能力等,采用梁板式高桩码头结构形式。本次设计主要包括港口平面布置、码头主要结构设计计算和码头整体稳定性验算等内容。需要充分考虑码头平面布置的合理性,要求人员与设施布置最优化。结构设计包括船舶作用力、面板(叠合板)设计、纵梁和横梁设计、桩基验算、靠船构件等内容。本次设计采用软件计算部分设计。桩采用预制混凝土空心管桩,桩基需进行计算及承载力验算。码头设计任务完成后,严格按照规范绘制广利港5000吨级件杂货泊位工程设计的总体平面图、结构形式图、结构施工图、基础图及广利港5000吨级件杂货泊位码头的防冲设备、系缆柱等构造配筋图。

Abstract:The birth of the design is located in the Yellow River estuary, Guangli Port, Dongying City. Due to the requirement of its own needs, it is necessary to build a appropriative wharf for the break bulk cargo. According to looking up relevant data and documentation, and analyzing geological conditions and annual throughput.etc in the port synthetically, the design adopts the beam-slab structural high-piled wharf. The design mainly includes layout of the harbor, the design calculation of primary structure of wharf and other element and the check of the general stability of wharf.etc. The design need to give full consideration to the rationality of the plane layout of wharf, and the optimization of the arrangement of staff and facilities. Structural design includes force on watercraft, panel (laminated plate) design, the design of the main beam and secondary beam, the check of the pile foundation berthing component and so on. The part of the design is calculated by software. The pile adopts precast concrete hollow pipe pile and the design calculate the pile foundation and check the bearing capacity. After the design assignment completed, the design draw pictures   strictly

according to  specification, including the  general  plan  diagram  of the berth   engineering design  of Guangli  Port 5000DWT  break  bulk  cargo,  structure shape diagram, structural construction diagram, foundation diagram and the structural reinforcement diagram of   the scour prevention and bollards of the Guangli Port 5000DWT break bulk cargo berth wharf.
