摘要:南通港区的东面濒临黄海,南面面临长江,系海、江、河联合运输的重要地带。南通港口是对外开放的一类港口。与此同时,南通也作为我国14个对外开放的14个沿海港口城市。近几年,中国经济增长十分迅速,同时也加速了工业化的进程,很明显的拉动了煤炭的生产和消费,因此煤炭的便捷快速运输成为了研究的重点。在中国常规石化能源中占百分之九十的煤炭资源,是我国很长一段时间内最经济可靠的主要能源。

本次设计采用高桩码头的结构型式。高桩码头的特点是构造较为简单;能够承载较大的荷载;对砂、石料的用量比较少;对挖泥超深的适应性强;对波浪反射比较小。

在本设计中,主要涉及了以下工作,首先对南通附近的水文地质资料进行了归纳收集,并根据现场的施工情况、材料供应等确定了码头的结构型式,根据所测得各项数据计算出码头的平面布置、码头构件尺寸;同时对码头的各项数据进行详细的设计计算,这些计算包括了:荷载的计算、面板设计计算、总量设计计算、横梁设计计算、桩基承载力的计算、靠船构件的计算。

Abstract:Nantong port in the east of the Yellow Sea, south of the Yangtze River, is an important position in the sea and river transport. Nantong port is a kind of port opening to the outside world. At the same time, Nantong is one of the 14 coastal ports in china. In recent years, Chinese rapid economic growth and industrialization process accelerated again, significantly boosting coal production and consumption, has become a research hotspot in the field of energy and transport a large number of problems of coal production and transportation links. Coal resources in China accounted for more than 90% of conventional petrochemical energy, is China's current and future for a long period of time the most reliable economic leading energy.

This design uses the high pile wharf structure type. The high piled wharf is characterized by its simple structure, being able to bear large loads, less sand and stone material, and strong adaptability to the dredging depth.

In this design, mainly involves the following work, first hydrogeological data of Nantong near the summarized collection, and determine the wharf structure according to the construction site, the materials supplying, according to the measured data to calculate the terminal layout,.In this design component size dock to dock at the same time the data; for detailed design and calculation, these calculations include: load calculation, panel design calculation, total design, beam design and calculation, the bearing capacity of pile foundation is calculated by ship components and calculation; finally the overall stability checking of wharf.
