摘要:渔政执法代表国家维护我国海洋渔业权益,保护渔业资源,监督管理禁渔期、休渔区,监督检查施工作业单位;保证渔业的生产秩序正常,调解生产纠纷;监督水域生态环境;调查处理渔业污染事故。大连渔政监管局和海监第三支队共有海上执法船舶7艘。这些船舶自行政建制以来,一直借他港靠泊,没有自己的专用码头,因此此次设计针对该现状进行设计。
本设计是对大学四年所学知识的一个综合应用,是在严格遵守一系列与港口有关设计、结构规范的前提下进行的,结合当地自然、施工条件并经过严格方案比选的选择重力式沉箱结构。本说明书包括港口的原始资料分析,总平面布置,码头结构的计算及其他配套工程施工,经严格计算论证了该方案的可行性。
