摘要:此次设计的码头在秦皇岛港区,该港是公认的良港,不结冰、没有淤泥、水深、浪小、地理、水文资料齐全且易于搜集使用,建造港口的历史很悠久。为了适应港区的不断发展,相关扩建工程也在热火朝天的进行中,本次设计的5000吨级散货重力式码头,恰好就是扩建的工程之一。

此次的设计,是在参阅了大量的码头设计规范和相关算例后进行的。通过对地质、地形、水文等资料的整理,由于较好的地基,所以用重力结构。在对多种形式的重力式码头的优缺点进行比较后,最后确定采用沉箱的形式。本次设计,通过相关的设计规范,首先初步确定了沉箱码头的相关尺寸,然后对码头的自重力,土压力,相关荷载进行了系统的计算,最后制成了荷载标准值汇总表,在此表的基础上,分别对码头的抗倾抗滑稳定性、整体稳定性、地基承载力、浮游稳定性进行了验证,以确定拟定尺寸的合理性。最后,计算了沉箱的结构内力,并由内力配了钢筋,根据计算的结果绘制了较为系统的设计图纸。

After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various forms of gravity terminals, the final form of caissons is determined. Finally, the internal forces of the caissons are calculated and the internal forces are fitted with steel bars. According to the calculated results, the more systematic design drawings are drawn.
