摘要节能建筑将是世界建筑业发展的总趋势,能源将制约着经济的发展,建筑节能的目的是在满足建筑使用功能和保证室内热环境的情况下,尽量减少能源的消耗。本文通过研究节能建筑的材料,施工及设计方法等方面来提高节能建筑质量。对节能建筑中常见的六种质量问题进行分析,比如说保温层结露,防火问题,室内热环境不理想等都是目前来说很普遍的质量问题,研究并提出一些可行的措施,希望对节能建筑的发展很有帮助。建筑节能措施应该从围护结构的改善开始,同时在施工中坚决按照有关规定来实施,所以本文在第四章选取深圳的一个节能建筑为例,针对之前所提出的问题,从设计开始,然后选材,施工,从根本上控制好节能建筑的质量工作,希望通过本文的研究,我们对节能建筑有更深的理解。50640

Abstract
Energy efficient building construction industry will be the general trend of the world ,energy will constrain economic development, Building energy-saving aims to minimize energy consumption in the case that it meets the building functions and ensures the indoor thermal environment. This paper study to improve the quality of energy-efficient buildings to improve indoor thermal environment in terms of energy efficient building materials, construction and design methods. And this paper introduce some measures of these kinds of problems to be taken when we meet six common. quality problems. Condensation insulation, fire protection, external plastering and indoor thermal environment being not ideal quality are common problems at present. Study and propose some possible ways have great significance for the development of energy-efficient buildings. Building energy efficiency measures should be begin from the improvement of envelope, while resolutely implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions in the construction. Therefore, this paper selected an energy-efficient architecture in Shenzhen as an example in the fourth chapter. Against the questions raised before,this architecture starts from the design and then material selection, construction to guarantee the quality of energy-efficient buildings . This paper aims to make us have a certain understanding of quality problems of energy-efficient buildings through research on quality issues of energy-efficient buildings.
