摘要:施工组织设计是建筑组织的灵魂核心,是对工程建设项目的构思设想和具体安排,用来指导工程施工的重要文件。他的编制始终按照技术可靠、措施得力、确保安全的原则。本施工组织设计是针对秦汉华府住宅小区9#工程施工的纲领性文件。编制时对项目管理机构设置、施工部署、施工准备、主要施工方法、质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施等众多因素尽可能充分考虑,突出其科学性,针对性,实用性,确保工程更好更快的完成。本单位工程施工组织设计分为七章,分别是编制说明及工程概况、施工部署、施工方案、施工现场总平面布置、施工进度网络计划,工期保证措施、工程质量保障措施、安全、文明施工及环境保护措施。通过熟悉设计资料和图纸,合理安排施工顺序,充分利用机械,努力提高劳动效率,组织现场安全、文明施工及环境保护,从而确保工程的安全和质量。53429

Abstract:Construction organization design is the construction organization and the soul of the core, is the idea of ideas and specific arrangements for the project, used to document important guiding project construction. By being familiar with the design documents and drawings, rational arrangement of the construction sequence, make full use of machinery, improve labor efficiency, organize the on-site safety, civilized construction and environmental protection, so as to ensure the quality and safety engineering.
