摘要: 随着社会的进步,生活的改善,人们对于工作环境的要求越来越高,现在,人们都渴望在一个安全舒适的环境下工作,至少是对人体没有太大的损伤的环境。在工业厂房车间里工作,经常会处于有粉尘以及高温的工作环境,所以,在这里就应用到了工业安全通风的知识,有了了良好的通风环境,就可以有效的降低厂房车间里的粉尘浓度以及动作环境的温度,确保工人可以在一个良好的工作环境下工作,这不仅可以保证工人的健康和安全,还可以提高工人的工作效率,以此增加工厂的利益。因此,要对工业厂房车间的通风做出最有利的设计,有必要对工业厂房车间的安全通风进行研究。对于工业安全通风,运用到最多的就是流体力学的知识。61772

本文采用流体动力学CFD模拟软件,数值模拟方法,为研究合适的进风口面积、排风口面积以及进风口风速对厂房车间的通风效果,考虑到机械通风的能源消耗和经济环保情况,以及初期的投资和运营成本,本设计采用自然通风的形式,降低厂房车间里的温度,保证工人不会处于高温环境下工作。

本次设计中,对化工厂房车间内的空气流动情况以及温度分布进行数值分析模拟的研究,结合并总结借鉴国内外相关案例的基础上,通过比较炼钢厂房内的空气速度矢量图、温度分布图的变化,研究并选择了在四种通风形势下的最佳方案。并结合实际工程需要,对存在的问题提出建议。

因为对通风的影响因素比较多,所以本文会通过控制变量法对不同因素对炼钢厂房通风效率的影响进行对比分析讨论。首先,研究进风口面积的影响,本文设置的两个对比方案是50m2和200m2;然后,研究天窗排风口面积的影响,本文设置的两个对比方案是100m2和200m2;最后研究进风口风速的影响,本文设置的两个对比方案是1m/s和2m/s。

Design of Fluent numerical simulation workshop ventilation safety based on ICEM

Abstract: with the progress of the society, the improvement of life, people more and more high to the requirement of working environment, now, people are eager to work in a safe and comfortable environment, at least not too much damage to the human body environment. Work in industrial workshop, often in a dust and high temperature working environment, so, here applied to the knowledge of the industrial safety ventilation, had good ventilated environment, can effectively reduce the dust concentration in the workshop and the temperature of the environment, to ensure that workers can work in a good working environment, it can not only ensure the health and safety of workers, also can improve the work efficiency of workers, thus increasing the interests of the factory. For industrial workshop ventilation, therefore, to make the best of design, it is necessary to carry out the safety of the industrial workshop ventilation research. Ventilation for industrial safety, applied to the most is the knowledge of fluid mechanics. 

In this paper, the fluid dynamics CFD simulation software, numerical simulation method, to study the appropriate outlet and inlet area and inlet wind speed on the workshop ventilation effect, considering the mechanical ventilation energy consumption and economic and environmental situation, as well as the initial investment and operating costs, the design adopts the form of natural ventilation, reduce the temperature in the workshop, guarantee workers won't work in high temperature environment. Within the chemical industry workshop area, in the design of the air flow and temperature distribution in the numerical simulation research, combination and concluded on the basis of related cases at home and abroad for reference, by comparing the steelworks room air velocity vector diagram, the change of the temperature distribution, research and select in four kinds of ventilation under the situation of the best solutions. And to meet the needs of practical engineering, puts forward Suggestions on existing problems.
