摘要:本人的毕业设计题目为750t土建式冷库设计。首先为满足750t土建式冷库的设计要求,本人根据冷藏吨数的要求和冷藏库的功能等确定了冷藏间的间数及平面尺寸和冷库高度。在建筑材料方面,通过查阅资料,认识到冷库主要采取砖墙、钢筋混凝土梁、柱和板建成。隔热层外面的墙采取聚氨酯现场发泡,冻结间内则使用墙贴的软木。按照冷库平面设计图纸,计算并确定冷库的围护布局的热负荷。围护布局的各个防潮层蒸汽渗透阻要满足要求。在制冷方向,思量到环保和经济问题则采纳氨制冷剂;因为氨泵供液相对稳定,所以此次冷库设计也选用泵供液。库内冷分派设备采用冷风机。此次设计的冷库为食品猪肉的冻结与冷藏,所以此次设计不考虑冷藏间和冻结间通风换气,但是地坪则采用炉渣并装设通风管。基本方案确定后,计算出冷库的冷负荷,并根据冷库的冷负荷选定制冷压缩机,以及冷风机、冷凝器、中间冷却器等各种设备。在完成选型后,进而进行管道的布置,机房的布置等等。69494
