设计总说明书云南瓦贡线线公路设计位于云南省怒江。地处亚热带季风气候,一年四季分明,雨量充沛。年平均气温:17℃;最高温度:38℃;最低温度:-3℃。年平均降水量:1400mm。最大风力:5—6级。地震潜在可能性:不处于地震带。69400
路段所处的地形平坦,地质优良。设计段起点A的桩号为K0+000。获得设计路段的土层的基本分布情况为:表土层(1-2m),灰白色粘土(2-3m),灰黑色粘土(4m以下),再往下是灰色泥岩。
设计的最初,在定线时选择了三条路线,由于设计范围的地势较陡,选择了较为平坦的路线,但由于转角度数过大,转折点过多,不利于施工和经济效益,最终经反复思考,定出了较合适的路线。
公路总长设计为2662.141米,设为一级公路,速度为80km/h,年均日交通量预测为7890辆,年增长率5.1%。
平面设计中设有6个特殊点,4个转角,4段圆曲线段,半径为638m,400m,492m,841m。缓和曲线为171m,162m,155m,209m。曲线间直线最小长度的要求同向曲线间的直线最小长度以不小于360 km,反向曲线之间的直线段最小长度不可小于120 km。
在竖曲线设计阶段采用“平包竖”原则,各方面考虑平、纵、横三个方面试定坡度线,确定纵坡值,确定竖曲线半径,接下去计算设计标高,完成纵断面图。
在横断面设计阶段,根据交通量,行车速度、结合地形来确定道路行车道、中央分隔带、人行道和路肩等的布置,确定其横向几何尺寸。在标准横断面的基础上对各桩的横断面进行加宽和超高设计,以提高驾车的舒适和安全。
土石方调配,分横向调配和纵向调配。并计算借方,弃方和总运量。通过土石方调配来解决设计道路的土石方数量的平衡与利用,在国家政策和技术经济的条件下,尽可能移挖作填,避免不必要的借方和弃土。
路基设计重点考虑路基的设计和利用圆弧法来计算土体稳定性。修筑挡土墙是为了阻止土体坍滑,主要受侧向土压力。用于路堤的支撑,路堑边坡、隧道洞口、桥梁两端等等。挡土墙的设计和排水设施布置,挡土墙采用8m的重力式挡土墙。重力式挡土墙结构简单,施工简便,故采用重力式挡土墙。
