摘要：随着我国基本建设投资的日益增加，建筑工程项目规模日趋增大，造价管理越来越复杂，工程造价BIM技术软件在工程造价领域的应用，可以明显地提高工程造价人员的工作效率，减轻工程造价人员的劳动强度，能迅速、准确地完成工料分析任务、进行人、材、机的价差调整。实现动态的造价管理。本次毕业设计课题为：四号办公楼工程造价技能及创新分析，课题主要任务是运用工程  造价BIM技术软件进行四号办公楼的建模、计价等工作任务。71794

本次设计从四号办公楼工程BIM建模的角度出发，首先介绍了课题要求和四号办公楼设计说明，然后阐述了所需的造价软件的基本情况，最后从建模、计价的思路和操作方法、手算与软件的比较这几方面着重讲解了四号办公楼虚拟建造的过程。
