摘要:随着我国基本建设投资的日益增加,建筑工程项目规模日趋增大,造价管理越来越复杂,工程造价BIM技术软件在工程造价领域的应用,可以明显地提高工程造价人员的工作效率,减轻工程造价人员的劳动强度,能迅速、准确地完成工料分析任务、进行人、材、机的价差调整。实现动态的造价管理。本次毕业设计课题为:四号办公楼工程造价技能及创新分析,课题主要任务是运用工程 造价BIM技术软件进行四号办公楼的建模、计价等工作任务。71794
本次设计从四号办公楼工程BIM建模的角度出发,首先介绍了课题要求和四号办公楼设计说明,然后阐述了所需的造价软件的基本情况,最后从建模、计价的思路和操作方法、手算与软件的比较这几方面着重讲解了四号办公楼虚拟建造的过程。
