摘要随着秦皇岛港西港搬迁的进行,作为西港搬迁重点工程的东扩港区建设也在紧锣密 鼓地进行当中。当西港搬迁完成之后,秦皇岛港将形成一个临港产业聚集区、将成为一 个现代化新港区、一个特色浓郁的滨海新城区。三个“新区”友好共存,将形成港口、 港区、港城一体化发展的崭新格局,成为秦皇岛市承接京津业务的重要平台、经济发展 的巨大引擎。78309
本文通过对秦皇岛东扩港区自然环境以及港区地理位置、水文、气象、风况以及地 质条件的分析,确定了拟建港口的选型。根据拟定的设计船型,得出了泊位的数量和平 面尺寸,并进一步确定了港区水域以及陆域的布置。随后根据码头年吞吐量,确定了装 卸机械的种类以及数量,进一步确定了港口装卸工人的数量。随后根据初步拟定了码头 结构尺寸,求出了码头结构自重,扶壁墙后回填土压力,码头上方的堆货土压力,门机 作用产生的土压力,船舶系缆力,波浪作用力以及剩余水压力。确定了荷载的各种效应 组合,并进一步进行了抗倾、抗滑及基床稳定性验算。并且根据计算出的扶壁各部分结 构的内力,对扶壁结构进行了配筋。最后拟定了橡胶护舷、系船柱以及护轮坎等码头附 属设施。初步完成了秦皇岛东扩港区五千吨级杂货码头设计报告书,并给出了较完整的 设计图纸。
本设计成果符合港口设计规范,提供的港口计算以及设计图纸比较准确、全面,对 秦皇岛东扩港区建设有一定参考价值。

Abstract With the relocation of west Qinhuangdao port,the eastward expansion of port construction,which is key project for the west Qinhuangdao port relocate, is under way as soon as possible。After the completion of the relocation of west port,Qinhuangdao Port will become a port industry gathering area, a modern new port,and a feature rich of new Binhai area。The three "new area" friendly coexistence, will form a new pattern of the port, the part area and the port city integration development。It will be an important platform for Qinhuangdao to undertake the business of Beijing and Tianjin, as well as a huge engine of economic development。
Based on Qinhuangdao eastward expansion port of natural environment , Port Geography, hydrology, meteorology, wind conditions and geological conditions analysis, this paper determine the selection of the proposed port。According to the proposed design ship type, it is concluded that the number of berths and size of the plane, and further to determine the port waters and land arrangement。 Then according to the throughput of the wharf, the type and quantity of the loading and unloading machinery are determined, and the number of workers are further determined。After according to the preliminary formulation of the wharf structure size,it gets the wharf structure weight, counterfort wall backfill pressure, dock at the top of the heap of goods earth pressure, earth pressure produced by the action of the door machine, ship mooring force, wave force and residual water pressure。After determining the effect of various combinations of loads, the anti overturning ,anti sliding and subgrade stability are conducted。According to the calculated internal force in each part, the buttresses structure is reinforced。The rubber fender, bollard , berm terminal facilities and other harbour facilities finally designed。A buttressed wharf design report on Qinhuangdao eastward expansion port are initially completed with giveing a more complete design drawings。
The results of this paper meets the design specifications of the port, port calculation and design drawings is more accurate and comprehensive。It has a certain reference value to Qinhuangdao eastward expansion
