摘要:本项目为江苏省昆山市某高层住宅楼。设计的主要内容为38号楼建筑给水、排水及消防设计。高层住宅的建筑类型为钢结构,总建筑面积为28203m2,建筑高度为98。60m(檐口),地下2层,主要功能为车库,地上34层,主要功能为住宅,层高均为2。9m。本单体市政及加压供水系统均引自基地原有生活供水管网。地面1-3层采用市政直供,其他楼层(4-34F)采用分区无水箱并联供水方式供水。计算得出最大日用水量为294。53m3/d。本项目排水系统均采用污废水合流制,最高日总污废水量265。08m3/d(按生活用水量的90%计)。厕所便器排水和厨房盥洗排水分别排入污水立管,底层的厕所污水和厨房污废水也单独排出。厨房采用普通的伸顶通气管,而卫生间采用专用通气立管。地下室消防电梯基坑、通风井、非机动车坡道、配电间等的排水被潜水泵提升后排至室外。室内污废水先汇合后再被化粪池集中处理,最终排入市政污水管网。雨水设计流量为344。5L/s,采用重力流排放。高层住宅楼的消防系统主要为消火栓系统和湿式自动喷淋灭火系统,室内的消火栓水消耗量为20L/s,室外的消火栓水消耗量为15L/s,湿式自动喷淋灭火系统流量为34L/s。79583
