摘要：如今，建设工程项目逐渐增多，应用的技术也越来越先进和复杂，当然投资也随之增多，进而导致管理难度加大效率达不到理想目标。建设工程中涉及有进度、成本、安全和人员配置等资源问题，如何科学合理分配资源是最为重要的问题。而网络计划技术可以将进度-成本等资源进行合理的分配和优化，使计划目标达到最大化效率。文中将网络计划技术应用于工程建设管理中，结合企业自身的特征和表现的问题，对其问题进行优化，优化满意后来达到企业的利益最大化。文章中阐述了网络计划技术的重要性。在应用网络计划技术时提出了项目中存在的问题，并根据这些存在的问题进行相关的分析，其中也把其应用到了实际案例中，对实际案例的工期、成本和人员进行优化，以此提高企业的效益。79569

Optimization of construction project  based on network planning technology
