在中国步入小康社会的道路上，工程造价创新是工程造价业所面临的必然问题。本文以工程算量的创新中的软件算量为中心，从广联达算量软件入手，结合八号办公楼工程来阐述软件算量在建筑工程算的运用方法。同时对于剪力墙中的地下室挡土墙为例将软件算量与手工算量进行对比分析，详细说明了软件算量与手工算量的各自特点及相互差异，最后本人对工程造价创新进行表达了自身的看法。79921

Engineering Cost Skill and Innovation Analysis of No。 Eight Office Building

On the road of entering a well-off society in China,engineering cost innovation is an inevitable problem for the engineering cost industry。 Based on engineering calculation in the innovation of software calculation as the center,starting from the glodon count the amount of software,combined with the No。 eight office building project to elaborate software calculation method of construction engineering is in use。 At the same time for the shear wall in the basement retaining wall as the example of the software calculation and manual calculation were analyzed,a detailed description of the software calculation and the characteristics of manual calculation and mutual differences,finally I expressed their views on the engineering cost innovation。
