摘要：本次的毕业设计是来源于一个实际的已建成项目，是根据现实的环境和规划来完成的项目。所以，在设计的过程中需要想到很多与周围环境有关的问题，例如：怎样才能使得建筑的风格能与周边的环境和建筑相互协调；该项目为办公建筑，怎样才能体现出以人为本的设计理念，并且展现出办公楼的特性；在可持续发展和低碳环保越来越被重视的当下，如何才能以建筑物的功能为第一要义，并且在低成本、环保节能以及消防方面有所突破。以上的几点都是在做方案设计的过程中需着重考虑的。因此，如何结合项目周边的实际情况和规范来进行方案设计将会是这次难点和要点。

1绪论

此次的毕业设计是办公建筑设计，为一实际已建成项目。在方案推进的过程中，我深刻的感受到了本次项目的真实性和复杂性，因为需要考虑到各种实际的问题。所以，怎样才能解决这些问题，并能符合实际和规范、环保节能的进行设计，将成为此次设计中需要着重考虑的问题。在指导老师的带领下，逐步完成一个方案的过程中，考虑要周全、把自己的设计理念和现实相结合，设计出能让人感觉舒服并且能高效工作的办公环境，是这次设计中我感受最深以及学到最多的地方。论文网
