摘要本设计是对重庆市某宾馆的空调系统设计。主楼地下一层,地上有九层,裙楼四层。裙楼一层到四层包括了大厅、宴会厅、会议厅、餐饮以及洗浴等。主楼九层为标准的客房。总建筑面积38,296。92平米,建筑高度33。9米,地下建筑面积为8,919平米,地上建筑面积29,377。92平米。在对各种空调系统进行比较进行选择,在这次设计中房间面积比较大,人比较多(考虑到裙楼和主楼均没有机房)选择吊顶式空气处理机组,而主楼以客房偏多且比较集中便采用风机盘管加新风系统。地下层做通风、排烟和补风等。楼梯间做加压防烟送风。水系统采用竖直回水同城,通过控制比摩阻来进行水力计算。空调冷热源的选择,冷源为水冷螺杆冷水机组,热源是燃气热水锅炉。82542
