摘要本设计为南京市某公共租赁住房暖通空调工程设计,根据南京市的气候特点,采用手算与计算方法计算了建筑各个房间的冷热负荷并介绍了具体计算方法。在冷热源的选择上,选用常见的冷水机组和锅炉相配合完成冬季夏季的供热供冷要求。该建筑的大空间如超市、图书阅览室等采用一次回风系统,公共租赁住房等小房间采用风机盘管加新风的空气-水系统,并采用顶送顶回的方式,经校核所选设备均符合规范。建筑负一层为车库,为满足建筑防排烟需求,选用排风排烟,送风补风共用的系统。共用前室与楼梯间设常闭加压送风口,以满足火灾时的正压要求。83810

Title The air conditioning system for public rental building in Nanjing City
Abstract The HVAC design is made for a public rental house of Nanjing city。 This engineering is designed according to the climate characteristics of Nanjing city, hand calculation and the methods for calculating the various rooms of the building cooling load and introduces the concrete calculation method。 On the choice of the cold and heat sources, the common cold water unit and the boiler are used to complete the requirements of heating and cooling in winter and summer。 The building of large space such as supermarket, library and reading room with a return air system, public rental housing and small room with fan coil plus fresh air - water system, and the top pushing back the way, by checking the selected equipment are in accordance with the provisions。 Building a negative layer for the garage, in order to meet the needs of building smoke exhaust, the use of exhaust smoke, wind supply to the common system。 Common antechamber and staircase a normally closed outlet, in order to meet the requirements of fire pressure。
