摘要随着社会发展,水资源问题逐渐显现出来,面对水资源短缺、水环境污染等众多 水问题,我们需要一个切实可行的解决方案。“海绵城市”理论就是基于当今水问题 这一背景下,而提出的一个较为合理的解决模式。2015 年镇江以全国第三的成绩入 选中国首批海绵城市试点城市,使整个镇江陷入“海绵热”当中。83289
镇江“海绵城市”建设的先行卒当属试点小区的改建,和众多传统小区相比,“海 绵城市”试点小区正真做到了把居住区内的植物当作生产者来使用,而不是像传统小 区一样植物消费者化。面对城市逢雨必看海,城市内涝严重的现状,我们逐渐开始思 考是怎样的规划“失误”才导致这种无奈,我们又将如何解决这种“浪费”?
本文从镇江实际情况出发,结合相关居住区现状进行研究,分别从理论概念、实 际案例、研究总结三方面进行论述,为我们解决城市水问题提供一个思路,为今后居 住区设计和建造提供一个参考。

This article base on the physical truth in zhenjiang, in combination with related residential status, respectively from the theoretical concept, actual case, the research summarizes,。And it provides a train of thought for us to solve the problem of urban water and a reference for the residential design and construction in the future。
