摘要近年来,百余所高校不断增加招生人数及扩大学校规模,随之而来的则是能耗的 大幅增长以及能源利用率的显著降低,因此高校建筑节能工作必须得到国家及全社会 的重视。能源费用托管型合同能源管理模式秉持其独特的零风险、零投资、增收益的 优势,必定成为未来高校节能工作的主要手段和方向。本文以江苏科技大学东校区某 综合楼为研究背景,对其进行合同能源管理模式实践的可行性分析,并确定了其实施 内容和实施步骤。研究方案包括以下几个方面:1。节能项目评估;2。节能改造方案设 计;3。计算节能效益。研究结果表明能源费用托管型合同能源管理模式在高校建筑节 能中具有重大的推广与实施意义。同时,本课题建立了太阳能平板型集热器阵列的布 置优化设计模型,研究步骤主要包括:1。建立计算模型;2。编写 C 语言程序得出大量 数据;3。分析数据进行阵列优化设计。研究结果表明有限面积条件下太阳能光热系统 集热器阵列的布置存在最优方案,按照最优方案布置集热器阵列太阳能光热系统可以 实现效率极高化、收益最大化。该研究成果对能源费用托管型合同能源管理在高校的 实际实施具有参考价值。84300

Abstract With hundreds of colleges and universities increasing enrollment and expanding schools, the energy consumption significantly increased and energy efficiency decreased, therefore building energy-saving work in colleges and universities must be paid attention by the whole country and society。Energy costs set out in this research, which managed to contract energy management mode to maintain its unique zero risk, zero-investment, increased income advantage and would be the main direction of future work。 Its application in energy saving and emission reduction work in colleges and universities actually will play an important role。According to buildings of Jiangsu University of science and technology campus, this project group manage s in energy management contract mode to be implemented and researched。 Research program includes the following aspects:1。 Energy conservation project evaluation;2。 Design of energy-saving programs ;3。Calculating energy efficiency budget。Finally, the project study showed that energy costs managed contract and energy management pattern in colleges and universities in building energy should be promoted and implemented, and its rapid development has strategic significance。 At the same time, this paper established type solar flat plate heat collector array layout optimization design model, research steps mainly include: 1。 A calculation model is established; 2。 Write a C language program obtains a lot of data; 3。 Analysis of the data array optimization design。 The results show that under the condition of limited area of solar thermal systems set heat collector array layout optimal solutions exist, in accordance with the optimal layout of the program set heat collector array solar thermal systems can achieve high efficiency and revenue maximization。 Will further improve the results of this paper and should be used in practical engineering, I believe will vigorously promote the development of China's solar energy resource utilization industry。
