摘要随着经济和社会的不断发展，生态环境也随之遭到破坏。因此构建绿色可持续发展的文明社会成为我们当前亟待解决的问题。餐饮业是我国年代最久远也最普及的民生产业之一，它与现代社会发展和日常生活息息相关；随着近几年旅游产业的崛起和发展，加之人们日益增长的物质文化需求，餐饮业的地位更是一度攀升。该研究将以绿色经营为切入点，在满足消费者需求的前提下，分析餐饮绿色经营模式，提出餐饮业的优化方向，从而促进生态环境的绿色发展、形成餐饮业独特的竞争优势。同时对绿色低碳餐饮业的发展提供可借鉴的思路，让发展健康文明的酒店餐饮深入人心。84601
