摘要:人力资源作为企业的核心竞争力,加强对企业人力资源的培训与开发,提升全体员工的综合素质能力对企业长远发展具有重要意义。由于M公司在发展中存在管理水平低下,员工培训体系不健全、效果不明显等缺点。因此,M公司要想在激烈的竞争中取得优势,就应该调查企业培训体系的现状并分析其存在的问题,结合企业自身发展现状和员工的特点,构建符合自身发展的培训体系,通过有针对性的对员工进行的培训,既能提高员工专业技能及综合素质,又能满足个人和企业的发展需要,进而从根本上提升企业核心竞争力,保证企业稳定长久发展。84900

Research on M Company Staff Training System Design
Abstract: Human resources is the core competitiveness for an enterprise, so it will be of great significance for the long-term development of an enterprise to strengthen the training and development of human resources, and to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of the staffs。 In the developmental process of M company, there are some defects such as the low level of management, the unsound staff training system, and the unobvious effect etc。 Therefore, if M company want to get advantage in the fierce competition, they should survey the present situation of the enterprise training system and analysis its existing problems to build the training system which conform to their own development by combining with the current situation of the development of enterprises and the characteristics of employees。 By the targeted training to the employees, it can both improve staff professional skills and comprehensive quality, and also can meet the development needs of the personal and enterprise, and then fundamentally improve enterprise core competitive ability, and ensure enterprise stable development for a long time。

前言
在当今激烈的人才市场竞争环境下,人才作为生产力的第一要素,在企业管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。企业必须从根本上认识到员工培训的重要性,企业的员工也必须认识到自身的再发展、再提高的重要性,需要积极主动的接受企业所提供的培训。企业的培训部门也应该不断地学习与发展,努力提升自身的培训水平,设计出符合本企业自身发展需要的培训体系,从而可以提高培训的效率,使企业的培训工作真正的起到预期的培训效果,进而有效地发挥人力资源管理的重要作用。
