摘要近几年，我国物流产业发展速度较快，然而过分注重外部的发展，忽视了企业结构的同步发展，管理经验的缺乏导致了很多企业依旧沿用粗放式的经营。鉴于此，物流企业流程再造势在必行。与此同时，精益思想被引入，该思想有助于改变我国物流企业的经营观念，提高企业的工作效率。所以，本文的研究重点就是如何将精益思想运用于物流企业流程再造。本文首先从理论角度入手，阐述了精益思想以及流程再造思想的理论基础，重点介绍了精益组织结构特点以及实施精益物流管理的优越性。然后结合前文，在前人的理论基础上提出构建精益物流体系，最后，对中邮物流公司进行分析提出其发展中存在的问题，再结合精益物流体系的相关内容解决问题，从实践的角度进一步论证精益物流管理的实用价值。86299

Abstract China's international logistics industry is developing rapidly during these year，However, too much emphasis on external development resulting in ignoring the simultaneous development of the corporate structure。 Lack of management experience has led many companies still mired in extensive business。 So Logistics business process reengineering is imperative。 At the same time，Lean thinking is introduced to change the business concept to China Logistics Enterprises and to improve the efficiency of enterprises。 Therefore, the focus of this study is how to apply lean thinking to logistics business process reengineering。 Firstly, from a theoretical point of view to start, elaborating the theoretical foundation of lean thinking and thought process reengineering, It focuses on the characteristics and advantages of lean organizational structure on lean logistics management。 And then combined with previously, combining the analysis of earlier text and statement on how to set up Lean Logistics Management System。 Putting forward its development Problems above the analysis of China Post Logistics corporations，then Combined with the content of lean logistics system to solve the problem。 From a practical point of view to further demonstrate the practical value of lean logistics management。
