家族成员与非家族成员工作场所越轨行为研究——以远燕医疗为例

摘 要随着市场经济的不断发展,企业之间的竞争越显激烈,而员工工作场所越轨行为的频发必然导致企业成本的上升,如何控制员工越轨行为成为企业提升竞争力的重要途径。因此本文在学习以往研究成果的基础上,明确越轨行为的概念和特征,运用访谈法和问卷调查法确认家族成员与非家族成员越轨行为的构成现状为:家族员工相较于非家族员工在出现工作场所懈怠型越轨行为、政治型越轨行为、侵占财产型越轨行为和渎职滥用职权型越轨行为中占比较大,而在发生敌对破坏型越轨行为中非家族成员占比是高于家族成员的。将其现状进行对比分析,发现因为分配制度不公、晋升机制不合理、惩罚机制不完善、个人技能水平与文化素养不足等导致这些差异。根据这些原因提出晋升机制透明化、监察机制公开化、把控入职端等方式解决问题。以期能够为企业更好的发展提供一定的借鉴,能够对以后的深入研究有一定的参考价值。86445

Family members and non-family workplace deviant behavior research——Take the YUAN YAN Health Care Company as an Example

Abstract With the continuous development of market economy, the competition between the enterprises more intense, and the employee workplace deviance frequent inevitably leads to the rising cost of enterprise, how to control the employee deviant behavior has become an important way to improve competitiveness。 So based on the study on the basis of previous research results, clear the concept and characteristics of deviant behavior, using interview method and questionnaire investigation confirmed that members of the family and non-family deviant behavior the composition of the present situation is: the family compared with non-family employee in the event of a workplace laches deviant behavior, politics-oriented deviant behavior, embezzlement, deviant behavior and malpractice abuses of deviant behavior is bigger, and in the event of a hostile damage type deviant behavior of members of the family of china-africa accounted is higher than that of members of the family。 Will find because of its status quo, this paper compares and analyzes the distribution system injustice, promotion mechanism is not reasonable, imperfect punishment mechanism, and inadequate personal skills and literacy led to these differences。 According to these reasons put forward the promotion mechanism of transparency, supervisory mechanism into the open, the control methods such as induction end to solve the problem。 In order to provide certain reference for enterprises to better development, can for future in-depth study has certain reference value。
