摘要经济全球化的发展,让越来越多的企业加入到了经济活动中。企业如何实现在巨大竞争压力和生存压力中取得优势,得到更大的市场份额,这离不开企业的现场管理。本文以半导体行业的代表企业之一一杭州士兰集成电路有限公司为例,通过在该公司的背金工程车间,即贴膜和减薄车间进行实习,亲自走入生产加工现场,通过现场调查方式。对该车间的布置、大致加工流程等内容进行了解,并发现了车间中存在的一些问题和隐患。86736
本文引用了海因里希安全法则、海因里希多米诺效应以及轨道交叉理论,通过以上理论可得知:1。不能直接避免事故和故障的发生,但可以通过减少隐患来控制事故和故障的发生率。2。事故的发生具有多米诺效应,而任何一个位置的骨牌被提起,那么事故则不会发生,需要从源头抓起并层层落实。3。需要从人和物两方面来考虑避免交叉而产生事故,主要考虑人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态。以它们作为理论指导来对调查现场时发现的问题做出改善。
