摘要工艺程序分析是对某一工作系统进行分析研究之前，以整个生产或工作系统为对象，对该系统的全过程进行的概略分析。其目的是分析改善生产或工作系统中的不合理工艺程序、内容和方法，以及生产现场的布置不合理。在社会高速发展的同时，精益改善成为了企业立足和发展的必经之路，而通过工艺程序分析，可以全面的发现问题，改善问题，从而降低生产成本，减少浪费，提高工作效率。本文运用工艺程序分析对华燕公司某保温服的工艺流程进行记录，通过5W1H方法对生产流程中存在的问题进行分析，然后运用ECRS改善原则对产品加工方法进行改进，以达到改善生产流程，减少浪费，提高工作效率的目的。86735

Application of process analysis in an enterprise

Abstract Process analysis is to briefly analyze the whole process of this system,regarding the whole production or working system as the research object,before analyzing and researching one working system。 The purpose is to analyze and improve the rational procedure, content and method and unreasonable production site layout of the system。With the high speed development of the society, lean improvement has become the enterprise’s foothold and development path at the same time, and through the process analysis, we can find problems completely。And by improving these problems,we can reduce the production cost, reduce waste and improve work efficiency。 In this paper, the process analysis is used to record an insulation suit of Huayan company, and use the 5W1H method to analyze the problems in the production process, and use the ECRS principles to improve the former production processing methods in order to improve the production process, reduce waste and improve work efficiency。

0 引言

   工艺程序分析的目的是通过对整个生产现场的分析，改善其中的不合理工艺程序、内容和方法，以及生产现场的布置不合理。其研究对象是整个生产系统，在工艺程序分析的基础上为之设计出更先进，更经济的生产工艺和更优化的现场布置。
