摘要社会救助是社会保障制度的重要组成部分,也是现代国家的基本制度之一。随着社会保障制度的不断发展与完善，我国社会救助工作对改善民生与构建社会主义和谐社会等方面发挥了重要作用。因此，如何能够更好的实施社会救助工作以及充分调动社会资本参与到社会救助，扩大救助范围是十分重要的研究课题。本研究基于社会资本理论，在了解社会救助现状的基础上，通过构建社会资本与社会救助之间的关系图，分析社会资本参与社会救助的方法，并针对社会救助工作的特点，从宏观、微观、主次等方面提出促进社会资本参与社会救助的对策。本研究发现利用社会资本可以促进社会救助工作的进一步完善与发展，通过加强社会资本在社会救助中的作用，可以提升社会救助、社会互助的效率，并且可以营造和谐稳定的社会氛围。86761
