摘 要 教学公平这个话题已被热议多年,从孔子的“有教无类”、“因材施教”,到现在各国普及的义务教育,我们对教学公平的追求从未停止。就目前状况而言,我国已经保障了儿童的平等受教育机会,做到了教学起点的公平。但是放眼我们的教学过程,仍有诸多不公平现象,譬如座位编排过程中就存在教学公平问题。87964
本研究以对杭州育才外国语学校的座位编排现状调查为依据,提出教学公平视角下小学优化小学座位编排的对策与建议:优化教学环境、尊重学生个体差异、师生公平交往互动、树立正确教育观念。
Although the educational equity has been a heated topic for many years, our pursue of educational equity has never stop when it from “Fair Education for All”and “to teach by the students’aptitude” proposed by Confucius to compulsory education in all countries。 For the time being, China has already ensured the right of all children to be educated。 This ensured the equity at the begining of education。 But looking over the processof education, there are many inequalities, for example, there are problems of teaching equity in the process of seating arrangement。 This study is based on the investigation of seat arrangement in Hangzhou Yucai Foreign Languages School, raised some countermeasures and suggestions on optimizing seat arrangemant under equity in primary school: optimizing teaching environment, respecting the inpidual differences od students, communicating fairly between teachers and students, setting up correct idea。 源-于,优Y尔O论U文.网wwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
