摘    要 教学公平这个话题已被热议多年，从孔子的“有教无类”、“因材施教”，到现在各国普及的义务教育，我们对教学公平的追求从未停止。就目前状况而言，我国已经保障了儿童的平等受教育机会，做到了教学起点的公平。但是放眼我们的教学过程，仍有诸多不公平现象，譬如座位编排过程中就存在教学公平问题。87964

本研究以对杭州育才外国语学校的座位编排现状调查为依据，提出教学公平视角下小学优化小学座位编排的对策与建议：优化教学环境、尊重学生个体差异、师生公平交往互动、树立正确教育观念。
